ثنا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْخَيَّاطُ نا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ح وَنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ نا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ نا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ الْأَحْوَلِ جَمِيعًا عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

لَا يَحِلُّ سَلَفٌ وَبَيْعٌ وَلَا شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَلَا بَيْعُ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ وَلَا رِبْحُ مَا لَمْ تَضْمَنْ
