ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ نا أَبِي نا حَيْوَةُ وَابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ قَالَا نا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَعَنْ غَيْرِهِ أَنَّ حَكِيمَ بْنَ حِزَامٍ صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ
كَانَ يَشْتَرِطُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ إِذَا أَعْطَاهُ مَالًا مُقَارَضَةً يَضْرِبُ لَهُ بِهِ أَنْ لَا تَجْعَلَ مَالِي فِي كَبِدٍ رَطْبَةٍ وَلَا تَحْمِلَهُ فِي بَحْرٍ وَلَا تَنْزِلَ بِهِ فِي بَطْنٍ مَسِيلٍ فَإِنْ فَعَلْتَ شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ ضَمِنْتَ مَالِي
