نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْمِصْرِيُّ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ هَاشِمٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّهُ دَعَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَأَشْهَدَهُ عَلَى وَصِيَّةٍ فَإِذَا هُوَ قَدْ آثَرَ بَعْضَ وَلَدِهِ عَلَى بَعْضٍ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ نَشْهَدَ عَلَى جَوْرٍ وَقَالَ مَنْ شَهِدَ عَلَى جَوْرٍ فَهُوَ شَاهِدُ زُورٍ ثُمَّ أَسْرَعَ الْمَشْيَ
