وثنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ نا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ طَارِقٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَقَالَ إِنَّمَا تُزْرَعُ ثَلَاثَةٌ رَجُلٌ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَهُوَ يَزْرَعُهَا أَوْ رَجُلٌ مُنِحَ أَرْضًا فَهُوَ يَزْرَعُهَا أَوْ رَجُلٌ اكْتَرَى أَرْضًا بِذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ
