ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ نا مَوْهَبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ نا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ نا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَنَّ أَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيَّ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
إِنْ بِعْتَ مِنْ أَخِيكَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ مَالَ أَخِيكَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ
