ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ نا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ نا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ عَنْ كَعْبٍ قَالَ

لَأَنْ أَزْنِيَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ زِنْيَةً أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ آكُلَ دِرْهَمًا مِنْ رِبًا يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَنِّي أَكَلْتُهُ أَوْ أَخَذْتُهُ وَهُوَ رِبًا

✧ If I were to commit adultery thirty-three times, it would be dearer to me than to consume a dirham of usury, while Allah Almighty knows that I consumed it or took it, and it is usury.
