ثنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِمْلَاءً مِنْ حِفْظِهِ نا كَامِلُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ أَبُو يَحْيَى نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ نا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ وَلَا يَبِعْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا الْغَنَائِمَ وَالْمَوَارِيثَ
