ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى نا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أنا اللَّيْثُ أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
إِذَا تَبَايَعَ الرَّجُلَانِ فَكُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا وَكَانَا جَمِيعًا أَوْ يُخَيِّرُ أَحَدُهُمَا الْآخَرَ فَيَتَبَايَعَانِ عَلَى ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ
