✧ Kissing for the Fasting Person

حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُرْشِدٍ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ

عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا ذَرَعَ الصَّائِمَ الْقَيْءُ فَلَا فِطْرَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَإِذَا تَقَيَّأَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ لَيْسَ بِقَوِيٍّ

✧ He ﷺ said: "If the fasting person is overcome by vomiting, he does not have to break his fast or make it up, but if he vomits intentionally, he must make it up." 'Abd Allah b. Sa'id is not strong.
