machine translationManṣūr narrates it from Ribʿī, and there is disagreement about it from him. The companions of Manṣūr — Abū ʿAwānah, al-Thawrī, Shaybān, ʿUbaydah b. Ḥumayd and others — said: from Manṣūr, from Ribʿī, from a man from among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ. Shuʿbah differed from them and said: from Manṣūr, from Ribʿī, that two Bedouins testified, as a mursal report. Ibn ʿUyaynah differed from them, in the narration of Isḥāq b. Ismāʿīl from him, and said: from Manṣūr, from Ribʿī, from Abū Masʿūd. Isḥāq b. Ismāʿīl was alone in this, while others narrate it from Ibn ʿUyaynah as a mursal report.
