حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زُنْبُورٍ ثنا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ وَقَالَ
فَقُلْتُ قَدِ اعْتَرَضَ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَاحْمَرَّ فَقَالَ ائْتِ الْآنَ بِشَرَابِي قَالَ وَقَالَ يَوْمًا آخَرَ قُمْ عَلَى الْبَابِ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ الْفَجْرِ
Translation
Chain of narrators

✧ I said: “Redness has spread across the sky and turned red.” He said: “Now bring me my drink.” He said: And on another day he said: “Stand at the door between me and the dawn.”
