حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الصَّوَّافِ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ قَالَا نا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أُسَيْدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ كَيْلَجَةُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ

عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِخَرْصِ الْعِنَبِ كَمَا تُخْرَصُ النَّخْلُ فَتُؤْخَذُ زَكَاتُهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا تَابَعَهُمَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ التَّمَّارُ وَابْنُ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ وَرَوَاهُ الْوَاقِدِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أُسَيْدٍ

✧ upon him be peace, commanded the estimation of grapes as date palms are estimated, so its zakah is taken as raisins, just as the sadaqah of date palms is taken as dates. Muhammad b. Salih al-Tammar and the nephew of al-Zuhri followed them. Al-Waqidi narrated it from Abd al-Rahman b. Abd al-Aziz, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id b. al-Musayyab, from al-Miswar b. Makhramah, from Attab b. Usayd.
