حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مِرْدَاسٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّازُ ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى نا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ
عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعِيدَ فَلَمَّا قَضَى الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ إِنَّا نَخْطُبُ فَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ يَعْنِي لِلْخُطْبَةِ فَلْيَجْلِسْ وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَذْهَبَ فَلْيَذْهَبْ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَهَذَا يُرْوَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ مُرْسَلًا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
