حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ نَوْفَلِ بْنِ مُسَاحِقٍ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ ابْنِ أَخِي أَبِي بَكْرٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا شَكَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَلَمْ يَدْرِ كَمْ صَلَّى أَرْبَعًا أَوْ ثَلَاثًا فَلْيَطْرَحِ الشَّكَّ وَلْيَبْنِ عَلَى الْيَقِينِ ثُمَّ لِيَقُمْ فَيُصَلِّي رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ قَبْلَ التَّسْلِيمِ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ صَلَاتُهُ أَرْبَعًا وَقَدْ زَادَ رَكْعَةً كَانَتْ هَاتَانِ السَّجْدَتَانِ تُشْفِعَانِ الْخَامِسَةَ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ صَلَاتُهُ ثَلَاثًا كَانَتِ الرَّابِعَةُ تَمَامَهَا وَالسَّجْدَتَانِ تَرْغِيمًا لِلشَّيْطَانِ

حديث أبي سعيد أرسله مالك عن عطاء وأسنده غيره فكان هذا اضطرابا فيه والتسليم عن ذلك أرجح
