حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ نا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ ح وَنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَزْرَقُ يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ بُهْلُولٍ ثنا جَدِّي نا عَمَّارُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ نا زَافِرٌ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قُلْ لَا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ الأنعام 145 قَالَ الطَّاعِمُ الْآكِلُ فَأَمَّا السِّنُّ وَالْقَرْنُ وَالْعَظْمُ وَالصُّوفُ وَالشَّعْرُ وَالْوَبَرُ وَالْعَصَبُ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ لِأَنَّهُ يُغْسَلُ وَقَالَ شَبَابَةُ إِنَّمَا حُرِّمَ مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ مَا يُؤْكَلُ مِنْهَا وَهُوَ اللَّحْمُ فَأَمَّا الْجِلْدُ وَالسِّنُّ وَالْعَظْمُ وَالشَّعْرُ وَالصُّوفُ فَهُوَ حَلَالٌ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ ضَعِيفٌ

✧ From Ibn Abbas regarding His saying, Mighty and Majestic: “Say: I do not find in what has been revealed to me anything forbidden to one who would eat it” (Q 6:145). He said: “The eater is the one who consumes. As for the tooth, horn, bone, wool, hair, fur, and sinew, there is no harm in them, because they are washed.” Shababah said: “Only what is eaten from the carcass is forbidden, which is the meat. As for the skin, tooth, bone, hair, and wool, they are lawful.” Abu Bakr al-Hudhali is weak.
