Sunan al-Daraqutni 1039

✧ Two persons constitute a congregation

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاضِي أَبُو عُمَرَ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ ثنا بَدْرُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ

فَأَقَامَ الْمَغْرِبَ حِينَ غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ قَالَ ثُمَّ أَخَّرَ الْمَغْرِبَ مِنَ الْغَدِ حَتَّى كَانَ عِنْدَ سُقُوطِ الشَّفَقِ

✧ He performed the Maghrib prayer when the sun had set. He said: Then on the following day he delayed the Maghrib until it was near the disappearance of the twilight.
