Mawaqit: Fixed Times and Places For Ihram
وَفِي اَلْبُخَارِيِّ: { أَنَّ عُمَرَ هُوَ اَلَّذِي وَقَّتَ ذَاتَ عِرْقٍ } <sup>1</sup>.
Translation
Al-Bukhari reported that it was Umar, who specified Dhat 'Irq as the miqat (of those coming from Iraq).
