حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ؓ قَالَ

بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَهْطًا إِلَى أَبِي رَافِعٍ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَتِيكٍ بَيْتَهُ لَيْلاً وَهْوَ نَائِمٌ فَقَتَلَهُ

Translation

Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a group of persons to Abu Rafiʿ. ʿAbdullah bin Atik entered his house at night, while he was sleeping, and killed him.
