Whoever saw a string during the Tawaf and cut it

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الأَحْوَلِ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَأَى رَجُلاً يَطُوفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ بِزِمَامٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ فَقَطَعَهُ
Translation

The Prophet ﷺ saw a man performing Tawaf of the Kaʿba tied with a string or something else. So the Prophet cut that string.
