حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سَيَّارٍ النَّصِيبِيُّ، نَا عَوْنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ، نَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ وَالرَّبِيعُ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَسُمْ عَلَى سَوْمِهِ

وهذا الحديث لا نعلم رواه عن ابن عون ولا عن الربيع بن صبيح إلا عون بن عمارة ولم يتابع عليه وإن كان مشهورا عن ابن سيرين عن أبي هريرة وهذا الحديث قد رواه أيوب وهشام ويونس وجماعة عن محمد عن أبي هريرة وإنما أنكر من حديث ابن عون والربيع بن صبيح إذ لا يعرف من حديثهما هذا الحديث إلا عن عون بن عمارة وعون بن عمارة بصري كان حدث عن هشام بن حسان عن الحسن قال يجزئ من الصرم السلام وهذا ليس له أصل عن هشام عن الحسن سمعت عمرو بن علي يقول بلغني أنه يحدث بهذا الحديث عن هشام عن الحسن فأتيته فسألته عنه فذكره فأردت أن أستعدي عليه فكلموني فيه وقالوا شيخ ضعيف فتركته على أنه قد حدث عنه جماعة من أهل العلم واحتملوا حديثه ولا أحسب أن هذه الأحاديث التي أنكرت عليه إلا من سوء حفظه لا على أنه كان يتعمد
