حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، نَا مَرْوَانُ، نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:
كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَسَمِعْنَا وَجْبَةً فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: تَدْرُونَ مَا هَذِهِ ؟ قُلْنَا: اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ. قَالَ: هَذَا حَجَرٌ، أَوْ صَخْرَةٌ، هَوَتْ مِنْ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ، فَهَذَا حِينَ اسْتَقَرَّتْ أَوْ بَلَغَتْ قَعْرَهَا
Translation

✧ We were with the Prophet ﷺ when we heard a loud thud. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: Do you know what this is? We said: God and His Messenger know best. He said: This is a stone—or a rock—that fell for seventy autumns in the Fire of Hell, and this is when it settled, or reached its bottom.
