✧ Captives were brought to the Prophet ﷺ, so 'Ali and Fatimah went until they came to the Prophet ﷺ. He said, 'What is the matter with you two?' 'Ali said to him, 'O Messenger of Allah, work has become difficult for us, and we wanted you to give us a servant to help us with the work.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Shall I direct you two to something better for you than red camels?' 'Ali said, 'Yes, O Messenger of Allah.' He said, 'Glorifications of Allah, praises of Allah, and declarations of His greatness, one hundred when you wish to sleep, so you will spend the night with a thousand good deeds.' 'Ali said, 'I have not missed them since I heard them from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ except on the night of Siffin, for I forgot them until I remembered them at the end of the night, then I said them.'
