حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ قَالَ: نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَرْوِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
