✧ What Sa'id b. al-Musayyib narrated from Abu Hurayra

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ: نَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ أَصْحَابَهُ قَالُوا:
إِنَّا نَجِدُ فِي أَنْفُسِنَا مَا لَا نُحِبُّ أَنْ نَتَكَلَّمَ بِهِ، وَأَنَّ لَنَا مَا طَلَعَتْ عَلَيْهِ الشَّمْسُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَوَجَدْتُمْ هَذَا ؟ قَالُوا: نَعَمْ قَالَ: ذَاكَ صَرِيحُ الْإِيمَانِ
