✧ What Sa'id b. al-Musayyib narrated from Abu Hurayra

وَحَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ:

لَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ، وَلَا تَسْأَلُ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتُكْفِئَ إِنَاءَهَا

Translation

✧ A town-dweller must not sell on behalf of a desert-dweller, do not engage in najash, a man must not sell against the sale of his brother, must not propose against his proposal, and a woman must not ask for the divorce of her sister in order to empty her plate.
