حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الدَّبَّاسُ، نَا بَكْرُ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ، عَنِ الْمُخْتَارِ بْنِ فُلْفُلٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حَائِطِ رَجُلٍ، فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَاسْتَفْتَحَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: يَا أَنَسُ قُمْ فَافْتَحْ لَهُ وَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ، وَأَنَّهُ سَيَلِي أَمْرَ أُمَّتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي، فَإِذَا هُوَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in a man's orchard. A man came and asked for permission to enter. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “O Anas, get up, open for him, and give him glad tidings of Paradise, and that he will assume leadership of my nation after me.” And behold, it was Abu Bakr.
