Translation

✧ Ahmad b. 'Abdah narrated it to us; Hafs b. Sulayman narrated to us, from Kathir b. Shinzir, from Muhammad b. Sirin, from Anas, from the Prophet ﷺ. We do not know that al-Nakha'i narrated as musnad from Anas except this hadith. As for Ibrahim b. Sallam, we know of no one who narrated from him except Abu 'Asim. This hadith has been narrated from Anas through various routes and chains; all that is narrated in that regard from Anas is not strong, and the one we have mentioned is the best of them in chain.
