✧ While I was sitting, Jibril ﷺ came and poked me between my shoulders. I rose and went to a tree in which there were two things like bird nests. He sat in one of them and I sat in the other. It grew and rose until it blocked the two horizons. I was turning my gaze, and if I had wished to touch the sky I would have touched it. Then Jibril turned to me, looking like a saddle blanket clinging close, and I recognized the superiority of his knowledge of Allah over mine. A gate of the gates of heaven was opened for me, and I saw the greatest light, and just below the veil there was the flutter of pearls and rubies. Then He revealed to me whatever He willed to reveal.
