✧ The Basrans from Anas

وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ; قَالَ:
كَانَ فَزَعٌ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَاسْتَعَارَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَرَسًا يُقَالُ لَهُ مَنْدُوبٌ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَا رَأَيْنَا مِنْ فَزَعٍ، وَإِنْ وَجَدْنَاهُ لَبَحْرًا
Translation
✧ There was a fright in Madinah, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ borrowed a horse called Mandub. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'We did not see any fright, but if we had found him, he would have been a sea.'
