حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ ; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: يَقُولُ رَبُّكُمْ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى:

إِذَا تَقَرَّبَ الْعَبْدُ مِنِّي شِبْرًا، تَقَرَّبْتُ مِنْهُ ذِرَاعًا، وَإِذَا تَقَرَّبَ ذِرَاعًا، تَقَرَّبْتُ بَاعًا، وَإِذَا أَتَانِي يَمْشِي، أَتَيْتُهُ هَرْوَلَةً
