حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ، نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، نَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
لَمَّا صَوَّرَ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى آدَمَ تَرَكَهُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ يَتْرُكَهُ، فَجَعَلَ يُطِيفُ بِهِ إِبْلِيسُ، فَلَمَّا رَآهُ أَجْوَفَ عَرَفَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَتَمَالَكُ
Translation

✧ When God, Blessed and Exalted, formed Adam, He left him for as long as God willed to leave him. Iblīs began to circle around him. When he saw that he was hollow, he knew that he would not be able to restrain himself.
