حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ النَّرْسِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ:
قِيلَ لِعَلِيٍّ: صِفْ لَنَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: لَمْ يَكُنْ بِالطَّوِيلِ وَلَا الْقَصِيرِ، ضَخْمَ الرَّأْسِ، مُشْرَبَ حُمْرَةٍ، أَهْدَبَ الْأَشْفَارِ، كَثَّ اللِّحْيَةِ، أَزْهَرَ اللَّوْنِ، إِذَا مَشَى تَكَفَّأَ، وَإِذَا الْتَفَتَ الْتَفَتَ جَمِيعًا
Translation

✧ It was said to Ali: Describe the Prophet ﷺ to us. He said: He was neither tall nor short, he had a large head, a reddish complexion, long eyelashes, a thick beard, and a fair skin color. When he walked, he leaned forward as if descending a slope, and when he turned, he turned with his whole body.
