حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ، نَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ، نَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:
جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةُ ثَابِتِ ابْنِ شَمَّاسٍ - وَهُوَ ثَابِتُ بْنُ قَيْسِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ - إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ كَلَامًا كَأَنَّهَا كَرِهَتْهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: تَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ ؟ فَقَالَتْ: نَعَمْ، فَأَرْسَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى ثَابِتٍ: خُذْ مِنْهَا ذَلِكَ، أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ: وَطَلِّقْهَا
Translation

✧ The wife of Thabit b. Shammas — he is Thabit b. Qays b. Shammas — came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and said some words as if she disliked him. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: Will you return to him his garden? She said: Yes. The Prophet ﷺ sent to Thabit: Take that from her — I think he said: And divorce her.
