حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ بَحْرٍ، نَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْهُنَائِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:

سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا، فَتَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ، فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهَا، أَتَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى يَذُوقَ الْآخَرُ عُسَيْلَتَهَا وَتَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهُ.

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a man who divorced his wife three times, then a man married her, then divorced her before having intercourse with her; is she lawful for the first? He said: No, until the other tastes her honey and she tastes his honey.
