✧ Abu Talha prepared food for the Prophet ﷺ, and he sent Anas b. Malik. He came until he entered the mosque while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was among his companions, and he said: "Did your father invite us?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Get up." Anas said: "So I went to Abu Talha and informed him, and he said: 'O Messenger of Allah, it is only food that we wished to honor you with.' So he called for it, placed his hand upon it, and supplicated for blessing. Then he said: 'Admit ten.' So he admitted them and they ate until they were full. Then he said: 'Admit ten,' and he admitted them. I kept admitting ten at a time until they all ate their fill, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ left for us the like of what we had prepared, or more."
