✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent out an army and placed a man in command over them, and ordered them to obey him. He lit a fire and said, "Enter it." Some people intended to enter it, while others said, "We only fled from it, so we will not enter it." This was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said to those who had intended to enter it, "Had they entered it, they would have remained in it until the Day of Resurrection." He said a good word to the others who had refused, and said, "There is no obedience in disobedience to Allah, Mighty and Majestic. Obedience is only in what is right."
