وَنَاهُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الْمُؤَدِّبُ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ فُلَيْحِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَةً وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَرْتَجِعَهَا ثُمَّ أُمْسِكَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ تَحِيضَ ثُمَّ تَطْهُرَ، ثُمَّ أُفَارِقَهَا إِنْ بَدَا لِي
Translation

✧ I divorced a woman while she was menstruating. I asked the Prophet ﷺ and he ordered me to take her back, then keep her until she becomes pure, then menstruates, then becomes pure, then I may part from her if it seems right to me.
