حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا: نَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ أَوْ شِقْصًا فِي عَبْدٍ، فَكَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ مَا يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَهُ بِقِيمَةِ عَدْلٍ فَهُوَ عَتِيقٌ مِنْ مَالِهِ، وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ
Translation

✧ Whoever frees a share or portion he owns in a slave, and he has wealth reaching the slave's price by fair valuation, the slave becomes completely free from his wealth; otherwise, only what he freed is freed.
