حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْكُوفِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ: نَا قَيْسٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ أَنَّهُ

كَانَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: أَيُّ شَيْءٍ خَيْرٌ لِلْمَرْأَةِ ؟ فَسَكَتُوا، فَلَمَّا رَجَعْتُ قُلْتُ لِفَاطِمَةَ: أَيُّ شَيْءٍ خَيْرٌ لِلنِّسَاءِ ؟ قَالَتْ: أَلَّا يَرَاهُنَّ الرِّجَالُ، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا فَاطِمَةُ بِضْعَةٌ مِنِّي

✧ He was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said: What thing is best for a woman? They remained silent. When I returned, I said to Fatima: What thing is best for women? She said: That men should not see them. I mentioned that to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: Indeed Fatima is a part of me.
