وَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، نَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَا يَحْتَلِبَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَاشِيَةَ أَحَدٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ، أَيَسُرُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤْتَى مَشْرُبَتُهُ فَيُكْسَرَ بَابُ خِزَانَتِهِ وَيُنْتَثَلُ مَا فِيهَا ؟! فَإِنَّمَا تَخْزُنُ لَهُمْ ضُرُوعَ مَوَاشِيهِمْ، فَلَا يَحْتَلِبَنَّ مَاشِيَةَ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ

Translation

  6. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ None of you should milk the livestock of anyone without his permission. Would one of you be pleased that his upper room be come to and the door of his storeroom broken and its contents scattered? Indeed, their livestock's udders are their stores, so none should milk the livestock of anyone except with his permission.
