وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، نَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، نَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ لَهُ مَالٌ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُوصِيَ فِيهِ أَنْ يَبِيتَ لَيْلَتَيْنِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ
Translation

✧ It is not right for a man who has property and wants to make a will concerning it to pass two nights except with his will written and kept by him.
