✧ al-Bara' from Abu Bakr

وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: نَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ:

ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ: اشْرَبْ، فَشَرِبَ حَتَّى رَضِيتُ

Translation

Chain of narrators

  5. al-Barāʾ
  6. Abū Bakr

✧ Then I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Drink." So he drank until I was satisfied.
