وَحَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُوسَى الشَّامِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ؓ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ غَيْرِ خَوْفٍ لِكَيْ لَا يُحْرِجَ أُمَّتَهُ

Translation

  2. Ḥammād b. Salamah
  3. Abū al-Zubayr
  4. Saʿīd b. Jubayr
  5. Ibn ʿAbbās

✧ The Prophet ﷺ combined Ẓuhr and ʿAṣr, and Maghrib and ʿIshāʾ in Madinah without fear, in order not to inconvenience his community.
