4859 4852 - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْجَرَوِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَ:

حَدَّثَنِي الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، بِنَحْوِهِ. وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ بِنَحْوٍ مِنْهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَبِغَيْرِ هَذَا اللَّفْظِ، وَهَذَا الْإِسْنَادُ أَحْسَنُ وَأَصَحُّ مِنَ الْإِسْنَادِ الْآخَرِ الَّذِي يُرْوَى عَنْهُ، وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَسْنَدَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ

✧ Al-Awza'i narrated to me, from Usama b. Zayd al-Laythi, from al-Hasan b. Muslim, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas, from the Prophet ﷺ, with something similar. This hadith has been narrated from Ibn 'Abbas in a similar manner from other than this route and with wording other than this, and this chain of transmission is better and more authentic than the other chain that is narrated from him. And we do not know that al-Awza'i transmitted from Usama b. Zayd al-Laythi, from al-Hasan b. Muslim, except this hadith.
