حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ مَالِجٍ، قَالَ: نَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، قَالَ: نَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ
نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ سَنَتَيْنِ وَثَلَاثَةً أَنْ يُشْتَرَى فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ بِكَيْلٍ، أَوْ تُبَاعَ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا
