حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلٌ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا مَوْلَى بَنِي أَسَدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَوْنٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا يَلْقَى اللهَ قَدْ هَمَّ بِخَطِيئَةٍ، أَوْ عَمِلَهَا إِلَّا يَحْيَى بْنَ زَكَرِيَّا فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَهُمَّ بِهَا وَلَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا

✧ There is no one but that he will meet Allah having intended a sin or committed it, except Yahya b. Zakariyya, for he neither intended it nor committed it.
