حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، قَالَ: نَا أَبِي عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ:
لَمْ يَنْهَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ كِرَى الْأَرْضِ، وَلَكِنْ قَالَ: لَأَنْ يَمْنَحَ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا خَرْجًا
