حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ: أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ

إِنَّمَا اسْتَلَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْحَجَرَ الْأَسْوَدَ وَالرُّكْنَ الْيَمَانِيَ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ: لَيْسَ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ شَيْئًا مَهْجُورًا وَاسْتَلَمَ الْأَرْكَانَ كُلَّهَا

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ only touched the Black Stone and the Yemeni Corner. Mu'awiyah said: 'Nothing of the House is to be abandoned,' and he touched all the corners.
