وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ، قَالَ: نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ الطَّائِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْمَسَائِلَ كُدُوحًا فِي وَجْهِ الرَّجُلِ، فَمَنْ شَاءَ أَبْقَى عَلَى وَجْهِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ ذَا سُلْطَانٍ، أَوْ أَمْرٍ لَا يَجِدُ مِنْهُ بُدًّا

✧ "Indeed these requests are scratches on a man's face, so whoever wishes may preserve his face, unless he comes to a person of authority or a matter from which he finds no alternative."
