حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ - ؓ
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً اسْتُكْرِهَتْ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَدَرَأَ الْحَدَّ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهُ، وَلَمْ يُذْكَرْ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لَهَا مَهْرًا
Translation
